Like a Wild Plant

Saw Lady's film Like a Wild Plant

An exploration of the myth of death-rituals and the role of the sacrifice. The effort to come to grips with the emptiness, with orphanhood and with the belief in the universal energy that is in all: from the person to the ghost, from the ghost to the plant and from the plant to the galaxy, through the burial ritual of our own body.

Official selection at the Astoria Film Festival, and finalist in the competition in the Experimental Films category.
Directed and written by Natalia 'Saw Lady' Paruz.
Music by Scott Munson.
